All SencelTalent professionals meet a minimum B2 (upper-intermediate) English proficiency standard. Many hold certifications and have worked directly with US-based clients previously. Communication is rarely an issue.

We work with you to find candidates whose working hours overlap with yours. Most of our clients request at least 4 hours of real-time overlap per day for meetings and collaboration. The rest of the work happens asynchronously — often resulting in faster turnaround.

Our talent is primarily based in Nepal, the Philippines, and India — all regions with strong accounting and finance education systems. They work remotely from their home countries, following your specified hours and security protocols.

Every candidate goes through a multi-stage vetting process: initial resume screen, technical skills assessment, English proficiency test, video interview, reference checks, and a background verification. Less than 5% of applicants make it through.

Yes — always. We provide a curated shortlist of 3–5 candidates, each with a full profile, test results, and a recorded video introduction. You interview your finalists and make the final decision. No one is placed without your approval.

By sourcing talent from countries with lower costs of living, we can offer competitive salaries in local markets that are far below US rates. A $45K USD salary is highly attractive in Nepal or the Philippines — enabling us to attract top-tier talent at a fraction of US cost.

After your initial consultation and approval of a candidate shortlist, most engagements begin within 2–4 weeks. Onboarding is fully managed by us — from equipment setup to tool access and workflow integration.
